Deep Roots in the StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network

WillBridge's history is closely connected to the StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network and its approach to community-driven systems change.

For years, our team has worked alongside StriveTogether partnerships to build the data infrastructure, governance, technology, and shared capabilities needed to turn collaboration into action. From the Community Information System developed with Achieve Brown County to shared data initiatives with Aligned Impact Muscatine County and Milwaukee Succeeds, this work has helped shape how we support communities today.

Through DataCommunity and our broader data, technology, governance, and backbone support, we help place-based partnerships build the capabilities to securely connect data across organizations, generate insights for collective decision-making, and strengthen the infrastructure behind their cradle-to-career work.
